Ameesh graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He continued his education in the area of law while working during the day and attending law school in the evening at the Nashville School of Law.

Mr. Kherani graduated from the Nashville School of Law with honors. He was made a member of the Honorable Society of Cooper’s Inn of The Nashville School of Law for highest attainments in the study of law and received the Moot Court award for outstanding preparation, presentation and performance in the courtroom, and he was also nominated as the Graduation Speaker.

Ameesh has successfully prosecuted cases in the areas of real property, workplace injury, automobile accidents, employment rights, estate planning and probate, as well as general litigation. This litigation experience provides Ameesh with a better insight to detect and resolve title issues in the most expeditious and risk avert manner as possible. Ameesh believes that one voice can make a difference and that, “The maximum power of the law should not be limited to a chosen few”; and continues to offer services in this vigor and philosophy.

When not working, Ameesh enjoys spending time with his wife, Sonia, and daughter, Zoya, and son, Arish. Ameesh is an avid UT football fan and believes every year that the VOLS will bring home the National Championship.

Staff Attorney

Stanley Roden graduated from Carson-Newman University in 1977 with a BA degree major in Political Science. He graduated from University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law with JD degree in 1979.

Mr. Roden has been practicing in Knoxville, Tennessee, since 1993 with concentration in the practice of real estate and creditor representation. Mr. Roden has been a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Tennessee since 1985, representing various title insurance underwriters. Mr. Roden is currently a title insurance agent for Old Republic Title.

Mr. Roden has been the sole owner and operator of Executive Real Estate Title Insurance Company and continues to be staff attorney for its successor, Executive Title & Escrow.

Stanley Roden’s practice concentrates on all matters related to commercial and residential real estate closings, development of residential and commercial projects, including condominium and planned unit developments. In addition, Mr. Roden represents creditor collection clients.

Mr. Roden has been a speaker at real estate seminars and is a member of the real estate law section and creditor practice section of the Tennessee Bar Association.

Sr. Closing Agent/Office Manager

Carla graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance. Carla brings decades of experience (24 years in Banking/Lending and 18 years in the title industry) to each closing. Carla works tirelessly to exceed expectations in real estate closings and prides herself on repeat business and referrals as being her measure of success. When Carla is not at the closing table, she and her husband, Carl, can be found camping and traveling or visiting their daughter in Nashville or their son in California.

Penny is a seasoned professional bringing over 30 years of experience in the Title Industry. Penny began her career working in Florida, then Washington, and has found her home in Tennessee.  Penny’s diverse title experience allows her to bring a unique perspective and to think outside the box.  Penny is passionate about providing excellent customer service with the end goal of a seamless closing.  Penny fell in love with the East Tennessee area and would not want to live anywhere else.  When she is not working, she likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Director of Business Development

Janet was born and raised in Bristol, Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee and East Tennessee State University.

Janet moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 1998. Janet has been 39 years of experience in title insurance as well as residential and commercial construction lending.

During her free time Janet enjoys spending time with her family.

Post Closing Specialist

Karen was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from Farragut High School and went on to the University of Tennessee, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.

Karen has over 20 year’s experience in banking/lending/real estate and title.

Karen currently lives in Lenoir City with her husband and their 2 English Bulldogs and her six rescue cats. When Karen is not working, she enjoys spending time on the lake and attending University of Tennessee football games.
